After receiving his Bachelors Degree from James Madison University, Dr. Goad went on to complete his DDS (Doctor of Dental Surgery) degree at the Virginia Commonwealth University Medical Center (VCU-MCV), in Richmond Virginia, where he graduated with honors. Native to Hillsville, Dr. Goad returned home to begin his practice in dentistry. 38 years later Dr. Goad still proudly serves Hillsville and the surrounding areas.

During the last 38 years, Dr. Goad has continued to provide state of the art dental procedures by keeping up to date with the latest technology and new methods. He has been published in journals and continues to be involved with the Virginia Dental Association, the American Dental Association and the Seattle Study Club specializing in advanced studies in dentistry.
Dr. Goad’s awards and accomplishments speak for themselves. He is passionate about what he does for his patients and his community. Outside of the dental office, you will find Dr. Goad working on his family farm and spending time with his children and grandchildren. He is your hometown dentist.
